HOW TO JOIN THE DENVER JAYCEES

The Denver Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees) is a volunteer organization, which means that it is completely run by volunteers that give of their time, often outside of a full-time job, to make sure the organization continues to grow and support the Denver community. Our members make a commitment to stay actively involved for 12 months until it is time to renew their membership. Our expectation is that all of our members will actively participate in the planning and implementation of our events, activities and meetings. Therefore, we require each member to:

• Be between the ages of 18-40

• Plan at least 2 activities per year from one of the following areas - community development, individual development, networking or social

• Attend at least 6 of our 12 monthly general meetings

• Actively invite new potential members to our meetings and events

• Participate in fundraising efforts that make our events possible

It is easy to join the Denver Jaycees if you are between the ages of 18-40 and interested in becoming a leader in your community. Print a copy of the .pdf application document on this page, fill it out and bring it with a check or cash for your yearly dues to one of our meetings or events. Dues are $55 per year and can be paid to any board member at any event or by mail to our post office box.
